At Madison Harper Boutique, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

All returns must be approved in advance.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (required)
  4. Provide the tracking number after shipment

Returns must be sent within a reasonable timeframe after approval.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer-Initiated Returns

(Including wrong size, change of mind, or preference)

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer
  • Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment partner located in China, as instructed after return approval
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Shipping costs
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes or fees (if applicable)

Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method with valid tracking information.

The customer must provide the tracking number once shipped.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or not received without valid tracking confirmation.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Earrings and personal accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Beauty or cosmetic products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items not in original condition

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A store credit will be issued within 14 days

Important Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only
  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Store credit may be subject to expiration
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

By placing an order, you agree to this refund method.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if required by applicable law)

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.

After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


9. LIABILITY & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
